Gul Panag advocates making movement a daily habit as HDOR – 100 Days of Running returns on October 10, 2026
Gul Panag has earned acclaim for her versatile performances in projects including The Family Man and Paatal Lok. Her work across film and streaming platforms has established her as a performer who effortlessly takes on diverse and impactful roles. Beyond acting, Gul has long been recognised for her commitment to fitness and an active lifestyle. A fitness enthusiast and advocate for healthy living, she continues to inspire people to make movement and wellness an integral part of their everyday lives. Her association with HDOR further reflects her belief in making fitness accessible, consistent and sustainable.
Gul Panag on the Biggest Fitness Challenge for Women
Speaking about the biggest barrier women face when it comes to fitness, Gul Panag said, “The biggest fitness challenge for women is to find time. We are constantly juggling multiple responsibilities, and fitness often gets pushed to the bottom of the list. Initiatives like HDOR are a slow start towards changing that mindset. You move for 100 days through the year, cycle, run or walk and build a lasting habit.”
Gul highlighted that fitness does not necessarily require elaborate workout routines or significant time commitments. Small, consistent efforts can help individuals incorporate movement into their everyday lives and make fitness a sustainable part of their routine.
Talking about HDOR, Mr. Vivek Singh, Joint Managing Director of Procam said, “With 100 Days of Running (HDOR), our vision is to make fitness accessible, inclusive and achievable for everyone, irrespective of their age or fitness level. While India has a thriving running culture, we recognise that organised races can sometimes feel intimidating for those just beginning their fitness journey. HDOR offers a simple starting point, encouraging people to walk, run or cycle at their own pace and gradually build consistency into their everyday lives. We believe that small, sustained steps can lead to meaningful lifestyle changes and help build a healthier, more active India.”
Making Fitness a Daily Habit
The updated HDOR format encourages participants to make movement a part of their everyday routine, irrespective of their existing fitness levels. Participants can choose between running, walking or cycling, allowing them to participate at their own pace.

With Diwali around the corner, Gul also encouraged people to look beyond traditional gifts and consider gifting an HDOR subscription to family and friends.
“This festive season, along with the mithai and traditional gifts, why not gift someone the opportunity to take their first step towards a healthier lifestyle? An HDOR subscription can be a simple way to encourage someone you care about to start moving and make fitness a habit,” she added.
