It’s all about double XL masti and maha-dhamaka moments this weekend on COLORS’ ‘Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment’

This week, COLORS’ Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment serves up a mega-sized dose of chaos, comedy, and culinary craziness with a Double XL special! Bharti Singh sets the tone for the chaos, transforming the kitchen into a battleground of size, spice, and surprises. The theme? Go big or go home. Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi unveils the first challenge, his beloved Maharashtrian classic, the Puran Poli but with a twist. It must be 20 inches wide, tossed, spun, and cooked to perfection.

Archana from Nashik, a puran poli maestro with two decades of experience graces the kitchen. As “Zingaat” blares through the speakers, she sets the benchmark, and the flour-fueled frenzy begins. Celebrity jodis roll up their sleeves (and roll out their dough) while dancing, flipping, and failing their way toward the perfect poli. From Krushna Abhishek and Sudesh Lehri tossing dough to “Tunak Tunak Tun,” to Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain drawing attention with technique and taste—the kitchen is alive with laughter, tension, and dramatic tosses. Just as things start heating up, they go XL, literally. India’s tallest man, Dharmendra Pratap Singh, along with the tallest Indian influencer, Ritrisha Adhikary, make a grand entrance to launch the second challenge, a Double XL Thukpa, featuring a single, 8-foot-long noodle. But there’s a twist, the utensils are missing, hanging far above reach and the only way to win them back? Perform, sing, dance for the guests or just outwit Chef Harpal!

What follows is pure mayhem with Abhishek Kumar lifting Samarth Jurel on his shoulders like a scene straight out of a Bollywood action film, Aly Goni sneaking off with a utensil, while Sudesh and Rahul Vaidya bursts into a Bengali song along with Ritrisha and Krushna, belting out to “Sajna Hai Mujhe” applies lipstick. Utter madness ensues as every contestant tries their best to earn back their pots. Bharti turns host, judge, and chaos coordinator, as contestants sing, dance, mimic, and plead their way to kitchen tools. All this while trying to master a spicy broth, balance four veggies, and ensure their single noodle stays long, strong, and unbroken.

As the final dish comes together, celebrity contestants quite literally climb ladders to serve their creations to the towering guests.
