Zodiac Energy Revenue Soars 31% ; Acquires BESS Stake

Zodiac Energy Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on February 09, 2026, during which the Board considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:30 AM and concluded at 12:15 PM at the Company’s registered office in Ahmedabad.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Zodiac Energy Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹13,755.90 lakh and profit after tax of ₹507.49 lakh. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the Company recorded revenue from operations of ₹33,238.47 lakh and profit after tax of ₹1,044.44 lakh. The Board also approved the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors for both standalone and consolidated financial results.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors approved a strategic investment to acquire an equity stake in Zenwatt Clean Energy Limited, a company engaged in the business of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The proposed investment is aligned with the Company’s focus on clean energy solutions and emerging technologies within the renewable energy ecosystem. The Board authorised Mr. Kunjbihari Shah, Managing Director, to negotiate, finalise, and proceed with the required transactions in connection with the proposed acquisition. The Company stated that further details relating to the investment, including transaction specifics, will be disclosed upon completion of the process, in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations.

The Board also considered and approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee with effect from February 09, 2026. In addition, the Board approved the shifting of the registered office within the city limits of Ahmedabad to “A-12, Times Corporate Park, Thaltej–Shilaj Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad – 380059” with effect from the same date.
